ABOUT US
Fran McCully is an Operational CFO, Business Growth Strategist, and speaker who helps business owners turn financial complexity into operational clarity, strategic direction, and sustainable growth.
As the founder of McCully Consulting Group, Fran partners with entrepreneurs, contractors, service-based companies, and growth-focused business owners across the U.S. to strengthen cash flow, improve profitability, and build scalable operational and financial systems that support long-term success. With more than 35 years of experience in finance, executive leadership, and strategic planning, she brings both deep expertise and practical real-world insight to every engagement.
Unlike traditional CFOs who focus strictly on financial reporting, Fran operates at the intersection of finance, operations, and business strategy. Her Operational CFO approach helps companies align their numbers with execution—improving decision-making, accountability, operational efficiency, and forward planning. She works closely with leadership teams to create structure, visibility, and momentum in businesses that are growing fast or preparing for their next level.
Fran specializes in cash flow management, profitability analysis, forecasting, operational planning, KPI development, and strategic growth initiatives. Through her signature frameworks—including the Profit Pyramid—she helps business owners identify financial leaks, simplify complexity, and scale without creating burnout, inefficiency, or chaos.
In addition to her advisory work, Fran is also a speaker and educator who teaches on topics including cash flow, operational leadership, profitability, financial strategy, business growth, and the behavioral side of money. She is the creator of Money Magic, a transformational program designed to uncover and rewire subconscious money patterns that quietly limit business growth and leadership potential.
Certified in Sacred Money Archetypes and Money, Marketing & Soul Coaching, Fran combines strategic business leadership with behavioral financial insight—helping clients move from reactive decision-making to empowered financial and operational leadership.
Her mission is simple: help business owners build companies that are profitable, scalable, and aligned with the life they actually want to create.
A few strategic notes on this version:
- “Operational CFO” differentiates from commodity fractional CFOs.
- It positions myself closer to strategic advisor / EOS-style operational leadership.
- Adding “speaker” creates credibility and supports future keynote, workshop, and podcast opportunities.
- The wording now better fits HVAC, construction, contractors, and operationally-heavy businesses.
- It also aligns naturally with my $20K and above consulting intensives and masterclass positioning.
